This resource centre has been created by LGA and Rethink Partners to bring together in one easily accessible space the vast range of support tools, articles, masterclasses and other programmes which we have developed together to provide guidance and inspiration to councils seeking to realise your ambitions for care technology, adopting digital tools and solutions in social care.
The centre will also act as a knowledge sharing portal between councils, starting with the sharing of the journeys and work of councils participating in the current Strengthening Sector Capability and Digital Leadership programmes.
We will be adding new content on a regular basis, so keep checking in.
Strengthening Sector Capability: we have collaborated over a number of programmes and have produced a series of support tools, resources and webinars which tackle the challenges surrounding all aspects of digital within a health and care setting. This year we are co-producing a series of Masterclasses with council partners and further support tools as well as following their journeys in tackling key aspects of applying digital.
Our collaborative work has shown how important the quality of leadership is to success. Rethink partners has provided leadership coaching to several councils who have been at different stages of their journey to apply digital. We challenge them to think outside the box and support them to tackle the barriers which are preventing them from reaching their digital goals. We are currently working with a range of councils who will share their practices and insights.
